The day begins with a pancake breakfast, followed by a parade, carnival and symphony in the park performance. Parkville Days is another festival worth catching. It’s the most popular Parkville, Mo., event of the year, and it’s a perfect fit for the whole family. More than 75 vendors ranging from businesses to artists to restaurants set up booths in the historic downtown area. There are carnival games and rides, plus musicians performing on the main stage in English Landing Park. Parkville Days happens each August, and admission is free. Don’t miss it!
